WinGHCi always maximizes its window

It's terribly annoying to have the window maximise itself on startup on a
1920x1200 24" monitor!

It should recognise and abide the Windows property setting for the shortcut
that started the program, which is set to "normal window". Others can set it to
"minimised" or "maximised" according to their preference.
