Download of compileable project zip

Someone has suggested it might be useful to have a button to download a zip archive containing sufficient auxiliary files to compile the program locally using `cabal`. That is to say, just bundle a standard stub `thing.cabal` file with it.

Low-priority, given that the answer is just "bundle the same .cabal file with everything", I'm not sure this is worth implementing.
