Incorrect information on reset form

On the password reset form, it says you need to enter the email address you originally registered with. It looks like this is incorrect, and you have to enter the email address currently associated with your account. The same information is repeated on the accounts page.

An alternative to updating the information would be removing the email address requirement, since I don't see what function it has (the reset goes to the email associated with the account anyway, and the email address is usually trivial to get from an uploaded package page).
