Ingesting/exporting CSV?

How coupled is the timing code from the reporting code?

I'm interested in using Criterion to import/export CSVs of benchmark timings. Benchmark in Python/C/Bash/Ruby then have Criterion import the timing CSV for processing. Alternatively, benchmark with Criterion then export the timings to CSV for consumption with PANDAS.

The issue names Criterion's timing and reporting code as the relevant entry points but provides no files or tests. Start by mapping how benchmark timings reach the reporting layer and how external CSV data could enter it; done would mean a defined import or export workflow suitable for pandas and other named languages.
