Support FSL-1.1-MIT License

**Describe the feature request**
Support for FSL licenses, primarily [FSL-1.1-MIT](https://github.com/getsentry/fsl.software/blob/main/FSL-1.1-MIT.template.md).

**Additional context**
FSL is a license that upholds a non-compete for 2 years, with any code released after 2 years being migrated to an MIT license. Releases within that 2 year period allow for pretty much anything -- **besides** selling a (recent; <2yr) forked version.

I think FSL will be integral to startups wanting to use Haskell while encouraging a transparent codebase and suggestions from its user base.
