Where did examples go?

[This official-looking example][1] does not seem to be up to date. It links to this repository and says:

> The whole code is available in servant’s repo, under the servant-examples/hackage directory.

But this directory is not here!

There is also a package [`servant-examples`][2] but it seems to be outdated.
