New maintainers needed!

@quchen and I have been largely inactive in this project for the past ~3 years. It would be great if some new people would take better care of it.

Regarding qualifications:

* You should be somewhat responsive, review PRs and discuss issues.
* It would be really great to have a maintainer who is also a user of `prettyprinter` and/or has experience with other pretty-printing libraries.

I hope to add 2 or 3 new co-maintainers, so even when someone is unresponsive for a while, the others can take up the slack.

As for myself, I intend to stay involved for the next 2 years. Unless I develop a renewed interest in pretty-printing, I hope that I can eventually stop being involved in maintenance here.
