Description
[Imported from JIRA. Reported by Edsko de Vries @edsko) as NT-4 on 2012-09-24 11:54:55]

Once this is implemented we can resolve a TODO in Control.Distributed.Process.Node.

Start in Control.Distributed.Process.Node and locate the TODO related to disconnecting from another endpoint. Read the surrounding connection-management code to understand how outgoing and incoming connections are tracked, then implement the requested heavyweight disconnect behavior and verify that the TODO can be resolved.
