File name search and sort

As a user I want the ability to have a searching and sorting functionality for the files uploaded in Tempus.

AC:
Clicking upon the search icon, the search panel would expand
User can simply start typing the file name and based upon the string typed the results should filter accordingly.
For sorting on Name, File Type, Created on and File size the arrow icon would be present with the header and would work as a toggle for sorting. This needs more analysis before estimation.

Note: By default the order of the files would be based on the date and time it was uploaded. Latest file uploaded should by default be on the top.
