Device Side Nav doesn't refresh when BU is assigned/un-assigned

On devices assignment or un-assignment from a BU, Side Nav doesn't show the effect of changes. It doesn't refresh even if you select another device and come back to the changed device. Changes are reflected only when you select another option from sidebar and then come back to the changed device.

This can lead to user repeating the same operation and ending up with following error (in case of un-assignment). In case of Assignment, the last assignment is saved to database.
