Integrate Tempus with Cloud Vendors

We will be running Tempus as a managed service on AWS. The clients would be unaware of the same. While some clients will complete their entire processing in Tempus, others may wish to do some additional/parallel processing outside of Tempus.

We therefore need an easy way for them to publish data from Tempus to their cloud vendors, such as AWS, Azure or GCP. AWS Integration has already been deployed (Ref #298). We now need to build an integration with Azure Event-Hub. (GCP integration will be taken up later).
