View historic log upon scroll

As a user I want the ability to be able to view the historic data for well logs, so that I can do analysis on the previous data when needed.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. User when opens the dashboard he should be able to see the current/live data being processed in real time.
2. When the user scrolls up he should be able to see the historic data as well
3. The historic data which the user can see should be from the time the widget started working with that data (From the beginning)
