Description
Existing controller unit tests, such as DeviceControllerSql/NoSqlTest, AssetControllerSql/NoSqlTest etc, creates around 250-300 resources in few test cases. It needs to be reduced to small number as purpose of tests is to Unit test application and not Performance test
