data quality event reporting - private

The system must automatically generate a private QC report to be updated once a day for each rule set being applied.

The report should show:
A) basic metrics on each data channel being monitored (presence, mean sampling frequency, mean lag, etc).

B) The list of events related to the rule set including the annotated comments from the users.

C) A summary of the rule set criteria.

D) List of QC publishers subscribed to that rule set.
