Map view of Wells

Child of #1075

As a Product Manager, I want more than 1 way to show the list of wells, which a user has access to, so that the user can user different views based on their preferences.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. A map view should be introduced for viewing the list of wells, based on their geographical location on a map
2. Instead of the list of wells in text, a map should be present on the right side, which would then show various wells on the map based on user's access
3. Hovering on any of the wells in the map should show all the important details which are shown in the wells tile in case of the Grid View.
4. Clicking on the well icon in the Map, would open the well overview page.
