Search by Well Name

Child of #1075

As a user I want the ability to search a specific well by it's name.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. I want to create a search bar, where I can do a search by the well name
2. The search should be enabled in such a way that as a user types in the wells list should start getting filtered on the search criteria.
3. Once I have searched for the well and have pressed enter than in that case the result for the search criteria should be left in the Well's list on the right side area in the wells listing.
4. I should be also able to remove my search criteria to remove the filter to get back to normal view, where all the wells would again be displayed.
