List of all the wells (Assets) for which the user has permission

As a user I want the list of all the wells (assets) along with their information on the landing page, so that I can quickly review their status, progress, KPIs etc quickly and take actions if needed.

Acceptance Criteria:
1. Once the user logins and reaches the landing page, he/she should be able to see a list of all the wells (assets) for which he has the access/permissions
2. The list of well would be represents in the Grip format, where each well will have a tile containing the Heading as the well name.
3. The user should only be able to see the list of those wells, for which he/she has the access or permissions which would be given by the Tenant Administrator.
4. Pagination using auto scroll

Future Scope:
1. In the future stories, there would be stories, for populating the tile for a well, with well information.
2. Their would be an option on the top right corner of the tile, clicking on which the details page of the well, should open.
