Child of #220
As a product Manager, I want to add Kinesis support in the data Quality service, so that the Tempus application can be Native AWS.
1. Replace kafka streams with akka streams in data quality service.
2. Akka stream integration with kafka in data quality service.
3. Akka stream integration with kinesis in data quality service.
4. Make use of typed actors instead of untyped actors.
