Description
Pre-Condition: Get Well dTimLastChange information
Reproduction Steps:
1. Modify Get from Store Well Query and input Well UID
2. Change the dTimLastChange info to 'Equal' or '1 second' ahead of the current TimeStamp
3. Send in Soap Request
Expected Results: Well information is not returned.
Observed Results: Well information is returned.
**Please note: When repeating steps above, no well is returned if no UID is inputted. This functionality should work with or without UID information.
