Reproduction Steps:

1A. Send in Get Well Soap Request with Well Name in all lower case
1B. Send in Get Well Soap Request with Well Name in all upper case.
2. Submit Request

Expected Results:
1A - Server returns 1 well that matches provided name in lower case
1B - Server returns 1 well that matches provided name in Upper case

Observed Results:
Server does not return any well information back.

Start by reproducing the Get Well SOAP request with the well name in lower and upper case, then trace the server's well-name matching behavior. Done means both case variants return the matching well instead of an empty result.
