Add support for ingress rules in network policies

Currently, only egress rules can be configured in the network policies. There should be support for ingress rules as well.

Add ingress rules in the server network policies that can be configured through values.

No alternative.

Start by locating the chart templates and values that configure the existing egress rules in server network policies. Check the Kubernetes NetworkPolicy ingress schema and how current values are rendered. Done means ingress rules can be configured through values and appear correctly in the server network policy.
