**Describe the solution you'd like**
We need to do automatic snapshots of vault into kubernetes pods deployed with vault helm chart.

Start with the Vault Raft automated snapshots API linked in the issue and the Vault Helm chart's deployment configuration. Determine how automatic snapshots should be configured for pods deployed by the chart; done means the chart supports that configuration and snapshots run automatically.
