Support mode: External or OIDC when passing profile value in oss backend (Alicloud)

### Use Cases

For alicloud I want to use the mode: External to run a process_credentials to authenticate or even OIDC on the oss when I'm passing a profile in the configuration.

### Attempted Solutions

I analyze the sdk that is being used and it seems that it it doesn't have an option to use external mode to run a command an authenticate or OIDC.
