Open-source the test suite

It would be cool to publish a test suite along the spec. So alternative implementations could adhere to it.

My use case is to implement the language interpreter in Rust.

(This is kinda promised by @armon on twitter https://twitter.com/armon/status/914498973129428992, just adding an issue to track progress).

The issue names no files or existing tests. Start by locating the language spec and determining where a test suite could be published; done means a public suite exists alongside the spec and can be used by alternative implementations, including the proposed Rust interpreter.
