Please add common arguments documentation to `virtualbox-vm` documentation

Currently the common `virtualbox` plugin builder documentation is included in e.g. the `iso` builder, but not the `vm` builder documentation. Please ensure the common documentation is included in all builder documentation. You can validate by noting that [guest additions config](docs-partials/builder/virtualbox/common/GuestAdditionsConfig-not-required.mdx) (markdown render issue: docs-partials/builder/virtualbox/common/GuestAdditionsConfig-not-required.mdx) is absent.
