Feature Request use_port

I would like to have a use_port option added to the ansible-remote provisioner.

#### Feature Description
would like a variable that will add th anisble_port to either the command line or to the inventory file.

#### Use Case(s)
This allows for use of whatever dynamic port is setup by packer.
when using a static inventory file. Rather than the dynamic inventory file.

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the ansible-remote provisioner and its existing port or inventory handling; define how a use_port option should pass the dynamic Packer port to the command line or static inventory, then add coverage for that behavior.
