Can the password be emitted to stdout when PACKER_LOG is enabled?

#### Description

In 2015, a change was made to emit the password retrieved from the EC2 instance when the `-debug` flag was provided:

It would also be useful if the password was emitted when debug logging (e.g. `PACKER_LOG=1`) is enabled.

#### Use Case(s)

Those who create Packer images in CI environments cannot use the `-debug` flag as the build pauses / hangs at:
