Nomad v0.11.2 (807cfebe90d56f9e5beec3e72936ebe86acc8ce3)
### Operating system and Environment details
Ubuntu 20.04
### Issue
UX feature request: `nomad job status -short ` should show:
- latest alloc
- running alloc
This would remove two-step of `nomad job status -all-allocs ` and then subsequent command with last alloc ID.
