Description
We currently do e2e testing on Ubuntu and Windows 2016. Adding CentOS and Debian test targets to the e2e test infrastructure would ensure we have better coverage of Linux distros.

Research direction
Start by locating the existing Ubuntu and Windows 2016 end-to-end test targets and reading how they are defined in the test infrastructure. Add equivalent CentOS and Debian targets, then verify that end-to-end tests run successfully on both distributions and provide the intended additional Linux coverage.
