Description

### Proposal
I think it would be very helpful and a great addition for UX to add the name of the task group to the hover state of a allocation in the nomad UI. Or at least add a configurable option to allow us to turn this feature on.

It would also be very helpful to see at a glance during a deployment or after a failed deployment to see which allocations are of what task.

in the image above I wouldimagine having the task name included as well

Research direction

Start at the Nomad UI entry points for allocation hover details and deployment/allocation history, then check whether task group and task names are already available in the displayed allocation data. Done means both views show the relevant task group name, with the task name included where requested, and the existing UI behavior remains intact.
