### Proposal
As of now Nomad UI and logs provide no information which template is changed and triggered restart of given job.
**Extra**
It will be great if there is way to see what exact thing changed within template will awesome.
### Use-cases
I want to know when something is changed in any of my templates, which was the real one who caused trigger since I may have 5-10 templates and it becomes nightmare to debug this.
