Description
https://github.com/hashicorp/nomad/issues/16958#issuecomment-1531042847
Setting the service type for a Connect enabled service (http vs tcp) makes a difference in how Envoy manages connections once the service has been de-registered from Consul. Update the Nomad Connect docs describing the behavior of each.

Research direction
Start with the Nomad Connect documentation and read the referenced Consul issue comment for the lifecycle context. Document how Envoy behaves for HTTP versus TCP service types after the service is deregistered from Consul; the work is done when both behaviors are clearly described.
