Description
### Proposal
The Nomad agents can automatically register themselves with Consul for service discovery and basic health checking. I could be advantageous to perform this action when only using Nomad service discovery also.
### Use-cases
This would allow users to run Traefik dynamically in-front of the UI, or allow Prometheus to dynamically discover Nomad agents to scrape.
