Create metrics definitions and telemetry.mdx entries for each Cache Type

#### Feature Description

In agent/consul/cache.go we generate metrics which get named based on the cache type. We have a limited number of cache types, so it'll be possible to go in and create metrics for each type. We'll need some documentation where the cache types themselves are defined so that way we can make definitions for new cache types that are added.
