Description

#### Feature Description
Today if we have a service in DC1 that we create a virtual service for in DC2 using Service Resolvers (see Expose a set of services in another datacenter as a virtual service
https://www.consul.io/docs/agent/config-entries/service-resolver.html#sample-config-entries) then those entries are not visible on the consul catalog of DC2.

It would be great to be able to visualize and also see the health state of the actual service in DC1 from the virtual service entry in DC2 as though they were actual services residing in that DC

As mesh gateways become more widely adopted, it seems like this would become more and more appealing to users
