Description
### Description of the Issue (and unexpected/desired result)
Hello,
Below is a future request that I hope you will find useful and perhaps decide to include it in the future releases of consul.
Single consul node can have multiple interfaces and each interface can have multiple ips of multiple types (v4/v6) assigned to it.
What do you think about getting native support in consul's nodes catalog that exports all machine interfaces and the ips that are currently assigned to them for each node in the catalog.
Sincerely,
vaLentin

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by reviewing Consul's nodes catalog and how node interface and address data is currently represented; determine the intended representation for every interface and assigned IPv4/IPv6 address. Done means the catalog exposes all requested machine interfaces and their current addresses for each node.
