Support for GRPCRoute in API Gateway

#### Feature Description

Hello I am looking to follow up on the following [issue](https://github.com/hashicorp/consul-api-gateway/issues/402) that was opened to support GrpcRoute but never closed. I have not been able to find any documentation of this being supported or any alternative way of achieving GRPC ingress using Consul.

#### Use Case(s)

I support a cloud compute platform for a automotive maker, we are looking to swap out Istio Service Mesh for Consul on our Kubernetes clusters. Some of the applications hosted on our platform will want to use GRPC and we are looking for some support. Thanks
