Misleading documentation about certificate-authority-expiration

I followed this page https://developer.hashicorp.com/consul/docs/reference/agent/telemetry#certificate-authority-expiration

And was looking how to track certificate CA or server expire event, but it turns that this page doesn't have anything related to SSL.

Please add quite important metric to be able monitor it from prometheus side.

Start with the certificate-authority-expiration section of the linked Consul agent telemetry documentation and review how its existing metrics relate to SSL certificates. Clarify whether CA or server certificate expiration should be exposed to Prometheus, then define the metric behavior and update the documentation so the page accurately describes the available monitoring signal.
