Docs Site has a lot of dead links

It seems the docs site was redone recently, and as such there are a great deal of dead links. Such as:

https://developer.hashicorp.com/consul/docs -> register mesh services

goes to a 404 page.

Go to https://developer.hashicorp.com/consul/docs
click on "register mesh services"

Start by opening https://developer.hashicorp.com/consul/docs and reproducing the reported dead link for “register mesh services.” Inventory the affected documentation links and determine the scope of the broken-link cleanup; done means the reported links no longer lead to 404 pages.
