Description
Hello Team ,
I am running consul cluster with 5 nodes having version 1.14.5 . I have observed EventMemberFailed errors in consul server logs where these errors are getting resolved immediately .
I suspect consul serf health check is flapping and unable to detect consul client health check . Due to this , consul clients present on postgres dbs are causing frequent db failover .
Could you please guide me what could be the reason of frequent flapping of serf health check?

Research direction
Start with the reported Consul 1.14.5 server logs and the EventMemberFailed events, then examine the suspected Serf health-check flapping and its effect on PostgreSQL client failovers. Done means identifying the cause of the repeated health-check failures and documenting guidance for preventing or diagnosing the failover behavior.
