Single DCS across multiple data centers

Hello Team ,

I wonder if we support to configure single DCS across multiple datacenter instead of connecting two dcs using cross wan federation .

Use Case:

I want to create one primary and replica in one data center say dc1 and one replica replicating from primary dc1 in another data center say dc2 using patroni . Patroni needs single dcs to have autofailover among replicas. so Could you please confirm is there any possibility of configuring single dcs across multiple datacenter.
