### Reproduction Steps

By default, the formatting and rendering of kv page values are turned off. If the value is large, the page loading will be slow and slow. If rendering is turned off, using native HTML textarea will be fast

### Describe the solution you'd like

Set the code switch in the upper right corner of value to off by default

No file or test is named. Start from the Consul KV page's value rendering and the code switch in the upper-right corner; verify how large values are displayed and how the native HTML textarea behaves. Done means large values load promptly with rendering disabled by default.
