Description
### Description
I have no way, as a new user of the tool, to figure out how to do this (Accounts -> add new -> add 0.55 -> click on edit -> update in network)
There is no trail to follow, no indication of how to create such a transaction. I would have tried to create the transaction from scratch. There is no way to know that I can add arbitrary accounts to this list, or what this list means exactly. There is no way to know that if I create the account I can then edit the account.
That's a learned behavior but not discoverable except by thrashing through the UI trying things out
### Steps to reproduce
update an existing account

Research direction
Start by reproducing the Accounts flow described in the issue on version 0.18: add an account, select 0.55, open Edit, and update it in the network. Inspect the account list and edit entry points; done means a new user can discover what the list represents and how to edit and update an existing account without trial and error.
