### Problem
HIP-631 adds new APIs to the Hedera protobuf as defined in the HIP https://hips.hedera.com/hip/hip-631. These new fields will need to be supported in the SDKs.
### Solution
Design APIs for the list of APIs present in the "HAPI Changes" in the HIP https://hips.hedera.com/hip/hip-631.
