### Problem
SDK reference document for class `TokenGrantKycTransaction` is missing.
Found during [PR #406](https://github.com/hashgraph/hedera-sdk-cpp/pull/406).
### Solution
Sample implementation could be found in the [Hedera C++ SDK](https://github.com/hashgraph/hedera-sdk-cpp):
- `TokenGrantKycTransaction.h`
- `TokenGrantKycTransaction.cc`
To add proper documentation for class `TokenGrantKycTransaction`.
