### Problem
SDK reference document for class `TokenWipeTransaction` is missing.
Found during [PR #400](https://github.com/hashgraph/hedera-sdk-cpp/pull/400).
### Solution
Sample implementation could be found in the [Hedera C++ SDK](https://github.com/hashgraph/hedera-sdk-cpp):
- `TokenWipeTransaction.h`
- `TokenWipeTransaction.cc`
To add proper documentation for class `TokenWipeTransaction`.
