### Problem
SDK reference document for class `TokenUpdateTransaction` is missing.
Found during [PR #399](https://github.com/hashgraph/hedera-sdk-cpp/pull/399).
Sample implementation could be found in the [Hedera C++ SDK](https://github.com/hashgraph/hedera-sdk-cpp):
- `TokenUpdateTransaction.h`
- `TokenUpdateTransaction.cc`
### Solution
To add proper documentation for class `TokenUpdateTransaction`.
