### Problem
SDK reference document for `AssessedCustomFee` is missing.
Found during [PR #394](https://github.com/hashgraph/hedera-sdk-cpp/pull/394).
Sample implementation could be found in the [Hedera C++ SDK](https://github.com/hashgraph/hedera-sdk-cpp):

### Solution
