### Problem
SDK reference document for `EthereumTransaction` is missing.
Found during [PR #299](https://github.com/hashgraph/hedera-sdk-cpp/pull/299) - part of [Hedera C++ SDK](https://github.com/hashgraph/hedera-sdk-cpp).
### Solution
