## Problem
At the moment the experimental UI banner warns the user that _something_ is different in the UI vs the normal UI, but there's nothing that let the user to understand what is that.
## Solution
- The experimental UI banner should contain a link "Enabled features"
- When pressed, a popup appears listing the features enabled by the Experimental UI toggle
